You Have to Learn Computers

Many people would like to use the Internet and they have difficulties simply because they did not learn how to use a computer first. Before you can understand your computer (it’s a machine) and your part as the computer operator, you must take a course or read your computer’s User Manual. If you are lucky enough to have someone nearby to joyfully push the buttons for you every time that you need help –they’ll soon get tired of doing this.
You can’t learn to use a PC overnight. Using the Internet comes later.
